Combat Punch Out

Combat Punch Out consists of cardio movements (running, jumping jacks, interval training) and muscle conditioning (resistance bands, punching, push ups, etc.) Come learn the proper techniques for punches, jabs and upper cuts using our state of the art, custom made bag system. Beginners as well as the trained athlete will enjoy the rigorous hour long workout!! No two classes are the same. Gloves are required. The Rack Attack

This is the next step! The Rack Attack is designed to help you tone and tighten while you improve your strength and cardio. All participants wear wrist and ankle weights as well as a weighted vest!! This 5 week session promises a high energy, fast paced class each week. Master Hopkins incorporates a variety of exercises using our state of the art bag equipment, sand bells, ropes, ab coasters, TRX, stability balls and of course, THE RACK!!
